Our Mission!

The PorchLight Foundation Too

The PorchLight Foundation Too is a non-profit community outreach program that started in 2011 when my son made the suggestion to stop and feed the homeless outside of a shelter near downtown Chicago. Since then, we’ve provided food, clothing, toiletries, and essentials to thousands of individuals in need. At the time we operated with no grants, no monetary donations, just funding from my savings. Soon we realized that with help of others we can do even more!

Every year we focus on efforts of several large projects, which include our Father’s Day Food and Clothing Drive in June, SOCKtober Sock and Soup Drive in October, and Operation Warm Wishes in January. We accept donations years round for these projects and are always looking for volunteer help. If you are interested in supporting our mission or volunteering, please contact us..

Our goal is to be able to supply coats, blankets, tents,  and room & board on the extremely cold Chicago winter nights. The Porchlight Foundation Too was created on hope and goodwill and will continue to strive for years to come. Thank you for your support.
